Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Field Sales Manager (Male)

with prior experience in selling

IT services or software solutions

. The ideal candidate will lead the field sales team, drive B2B client acquisition, build long-term relationships, and ensure business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote IT services (e.g., software, web/mobile solutions, cloud services). Lead a team of field sales executives; guide and mentor them to achieve individual and team targets. Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, networking, and market research. Present and pitch technical services to prospective clients in a clear, business-focused manner. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client needs. Provide detailed sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Tech, BSc IT, or related field). MBA is a plus.

1-2+ years of proven field sales experience in an IT service company

. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth understanding of IT services sales (web development, software solutions, managed IT, etc.). Must own a

bike/car

and be open to travel across [region/state]. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
