Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new merchants/retailers for Paytm products and services.
Pitch Paytm's payment solutions (QR code, Soundbox, POS, EDC machines, etc.) to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets.
Collect feedback from merchants and share insights to improve business strategy.
Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert them into successful closures.
Handle merchant queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
0-3 years of field sales experience (Fresher with good communication skills can also apply).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
Knowledge of local geography (Mumbai).
