Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

with a minimum of

2 years of B2B sales experience

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct engagement with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new B2B clients through field visits, networking, and market research. Generate and qualify leads to develop a strong sales pipeline. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with key decision-makers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of proven experience in B2B field sales

. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., FMCG, IT solutions, Industrial products, etc.]. Existing client network or strong industry contacts.
