Maintain daily visit reports and share with the manager.
Collect customer documents when required.
4. Service & Support
Provide after-sales service and support.
Coordinate with internal teams to solve customer queries.
5. Market Research
Gather information about competitors, customer needs, and market trends.
Suggest improvements based on field observations.
