The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and coordinating part-time job opportunities for students across the Kochi region. This role involves building strong employer networks, conducting field visits, understanding local hiring trends, and ensuring students are matched with suitable roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard companies, shops, agencies, and service providers offering part-time or flexible work for students.
Build and maintain a strong network of employers across Kochi.
Visit potential employers to understand job requirements and promote student talent.
Create a consistent pipeline of part-time job openings for students.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes between employers and students.
Collect feedback from employers and share updates with the placement/HR team.
Maintain a database of job opportunities and student placements.
Track student engagement and ensure high conversion of job opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand student skill sets and availability.
Represent the institution in external hiring events, job fairs, and community interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in recruitment, field sales, or community outreach is an advantage.
Strong local market knowledge of Kochi.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Kochi region.
Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
