Visit local areas, job fairs, and labour markets to identify 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler EV driver candidates
Conduct initial screenings and explain job details to drivers
Coordinate interviews and onboarding with the HR team
Maintain and update a driver database for current and future requirements

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
