Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through

field visits, job fairs, local networks, labour hubs, colleges, and community drives

. Conduct

on-ground screening, interviews

, and basic assessments. Build and maintain a

local talent pipeline

for repeat hiring needs. Coordinate with hiring managers and understand

daily manpower requirements

. Manage

end-to-end recruitment

, including documentation and onboarding. Maintain candidate data and share

daily/weekly hiring reports

. Ensure

joining compliance

and follow-up with selected candidates. Collaborate with agencies and community partners to expand reach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,544.95 per month
