JOB TITLE: Field Officer/Sampler

DEPARTMENT: Laboratory

HANDLING ROLE: Sampling & Monitoring

REPORTS TO: CSE/LM

PRIMARY LOCATION: Shreeji Terrace

SCHEDULE: Full time

NAME:

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To help lab team by following sampling schedule & assurance good samples by

providing collection information received at the collection site, making sure that

appropriate containers and collection supplies are available, defining a good labeling

system, and checking all samples carefully when they arrive in the laboratory.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following. Other

assignments, projects, and duties may be required:


To collect the samples from customer's premises as per the instructions

of SC


To record all the necessary information regarding samples in the sampling

sheets


To transport samples to the lab in appropriate storage conditions


To plan, arrange and monitor sampling schedules in consultation with

sales executives and the customer


To arrange for material required for sampling activity


To liaise with the customers and resolve any issues about the samples

received, reports delivered / dispatched,


To help air sampling team


Keep stock of sampling material, sample TRF


To maintain sample requirement checklist


To deliver customer feedbacks if given


Collection of payment


Check field sampling kit as per checklist


Monitor/ collect and label samples from site as per standard methods


Collect field data from authorized person and record them in field data

sheet


Deliver samples to the Customer Service Executive


Record status of sampling instruments in prescribed format

ELIGIBLITY

Qualification: Conversant with English/local language, smart, ready to travel

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:


Previous sampling experience as well as map reading abilities and local geographical

knowledge.


Able to lift and carry up to 25 Ltrs samples.


Must have own vehicle and clean personal record.


Good communication skills.


Must be willing to work flexible hours and must be willing to work onsite as when asked

for


Ready to carry routine sampling visits in & around city

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
