Looking for the Filed Officer - HR.

Generating HR Leads with Business

Performing Meetings with potential Clients

Proposal Making, Client Meetings & Business Closure

Identifying prospective clients, cold calling

Understanding the nature & importance of the client requirements.

Having excellent marketing skills & ability to generate the business.

Maintaining a good professional relationship with clients.

Performing Meetings with potential Clients

Collect feedback at all levels to establish an enriched HR operations process

Understand & analysis clients business demands.

Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

Have complete hands-on experience in all HR administrative functions

Good knowledge & experience on HR Operations / Payroll / Legal Compliance.

Can be a go-gather and ready to take challenges.

Comfortable working at client's location twice in a month.

Desired candidates:

Working on filed.

Must have own laptop/desktop with internet connection

Must be professionally qualified on Human Resources

Should be ready to work on filed.

Salary Depends on experience & Knowledge.

Candidates with good spoken skills & ability to close deal.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
