Identify and approach new customers to generate sales.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
Promote and demonstrate company products to retailers, distributors, and end customers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management.
Expand product visibility in the market through effective merchandising.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good knowledge of the FMCG/retail market.
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word for reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
0-3 years of experience in sales (FMCG/retail experience is an added advantage).
