Job Role: Field Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Field Executive

to join our growing team at

First School Preschool

. This role involves field marketing, lead generation, and driving student admissions. If you are passionate about sales, marketing, and growth opportunities, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

field visits, marketing campaigns, and community outreach

to promote First School. Generate and follow up on leads for preschool admissions. Build relationships with parents, schools, and local communities. Distribute flyers, brochures, and conduct on-ground promotional activities. Meet monthly admission and marketing targets. Maintain reports on daily activities, leads, and conversions. Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team for growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

12th pass/Graduate in any discipline. 0-2 years of experience in

field sales/marketing

(experience in

education sector

preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills. Willingness to travel locally for field activities. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
