Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs.
Present, promote, and demonstrate software products to key decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize account value.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and industry meetups.
