We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Field Executive
to manage on-ground activities related to operations. The role involves coordinating with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and TPA teams to ensure smooth claim processing, document collection, and patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and TPA offices for claim documentation and processing.
Collect and submit required documents such as pre-authorization forms, discharge summaries, invoices, and ID proofs.
Provide on-site assistance to patients and families during hospital admission or discharge for insurance-related procedures.
Act as a liaison between the hospital, patient, and insurance/TPA representatives.
Follow up with TPA teams to track claim status and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure all documents are accurately filled, signed, and submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain logs and reports of daily visits, tasks completed, and issues encountered.
Educate patients about the claim process and required paperwork when needed.
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
1-3 years of experience in TPA coordination, hospital operations, or healthcare field services.
Good understanding of health insurance, cashless procedures, and claim documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel locally and work independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone-based reporting tools.
Should be punctual, organized, and customer service oriented.
