We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Executive to join our expanding team. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales through on-ground visits and regular follow-ups. This position is open to both fresh graduates eager to begin their career and experienced professionals looking to further their sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company's customer base within the allocated region.
Client Engagement:
Establish, maintain, and enhance long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Sales Outreach:
Effectively present and promote products/services to prospects through in-person meetings, demonstrations, and presentations.
Market Awareness:
Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide customized solutions.
Lead Follow-up:
Regularly follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure continued engagement and successful deal closures.
Documentation & Reporting:
Accurately record sales activities, client interactions, and performance data for management review.
Product Expertise:
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to confidently explain features, benefits, and value to clients.

Age:
Up to 35 years
Gender:
Male candidates preferred
Experience:
Open to both freshers and experienced applicants
Languages:
Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
Sales Ability:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Field Sales Exposure:
Prior field sales or business development experience is an added advantage
Mobility:
Should own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license for client visits and on-field activities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
