Job Summary:

The Field Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing field-level activities for the hospital, including patient support, community outreach, partnership building, data collection, and logistical operations. The role demands strong communication skills, on-ground problem-solving abilities, and regular field visits to ensure hospital services are promoted and accessed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to doctors' clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and community organizations to promote hospital services. Coordinate with local partners and community stakeholders for outreach programs, health camps, or wellness drives. Distribute marketing materials and educate the public about hospital services, facilities, and health awareness. Assist in patient coordination, including facilitating referrals and supporting admission or discharge processes if needed. Collect data on patient feedback, referrals, and market intelligence. Support hospital marketing and CSR activities in the field. Track and report field activity, daily visit logs, and outcomes to reporting manager. Identify and build relationships with local healthcare professionals or influencers for business development. Ensure branding materials are correctly displayed in partner locations. Assist in resolving minor service issues or complaints in the field.
