The File Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and retrieving company documents, Legal documents/ Files and records in both physical and digital formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents
File incoming paperwork according to established procedures
Create new file records and update existing ones
Ensure confidentiality and security of files
Retrieve requested files and deliver them to authorized personnel
Dispose of outdated files according to retention policies
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and data entry skills
Attention to detail and organization
Knowledge of filing systems (alphabetical, numerical, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

50% (Required)
