The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling building materials to contractors, dealers, retailers, and end-users. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely delivery and availability of products in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell building materials (cement, steel, tiles, sanitaryware, etc.) to contractors, dealers, and retailers.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical guidance to clients.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery of materials.
Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track market trends.
Monitor competitor activities and pricing in the territory.
Assist in promotional and marketing campaigns at the field level.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as required.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Diploma or certification in Sales / Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, construction supplies, or FMCG.
Experience in dealer/distributor management is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
