Job Overview:

A Field Boy is responsible for performing outdoor and on-site tasks to support company operations. The role involves traveling to different locations, handling deliveries, assisting field staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or goods from clients and offices. Assist field staff or sales teams with on-ground activities. Maintain records of deliveries and collections. Ensure timely completion of assigned fieldwork. Support basic office errands when required. Handle customer interactions politely while on the field. Follow company guidelines and safety protocols during travel.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (varies by company). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently within the city. Punctual, reliable, and hardworking. Basic knowledge of local routes (if travel is involved). Two-wheeler and driving license (preferred in some jobs).
