About the Role

We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Figma Designer to join our creative team at Webethics Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of user experience, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling and functional designs. You'll collaborate closely with developers and project managers to craft modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design clean, modern, and user-focused UI layouts using Figma. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development implementation. Create wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive design systems for multiple projects. Maintain brand consistency and visual harmony across all digital platforms. Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance design outputs. Design engaging social media creatives for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Requirements

0-3 years of experience as a UI/UX or Figma Designer. Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools. Good understanding of responsive web design and modern UI principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
