Figma UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs using

Figma

for web, mobile, and SaaS applications. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to refine designs. Ensure consistency in design systems, visual style, and user experience across products. Iterate based on feedback from team members, clients, and users.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge and practical experience with

Figma

(Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping, etc.). Solid understanding of

UI/UX principles

, typography, color theory, and responsive design. Ability to clearly communicate design decisions with logic and reasoning. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not mandatory. Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Eligibility:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience

in UI/UX design using Figma. Strong design portfolio showcasing real client or project work. Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
