Role Overview:
As a
Figma Designer
, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering modern, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX for mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality UI/UX designs for mobile and web applications using
Figma
.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and design systems.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.
Requirements:
0.6 - 1 year of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications.
Proficiency in
Figma
and related design tools (e.g., FigJam, Adobe XD, Photoshop is a plus).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Ability to translate business requirements into creative, functional designs.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work (mandatory).
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.
Experience with animation tools like Lottie or After Effects.
