About the Role

We're looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer

to join our team at

Webethics Solutions

.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of user experience, and the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.
You'll collaborate closely with developers and project managers to design

intuitive, modern, and user-friendly

web and mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design

clean, modern, and user-centric

UI layouts using

Figma

. Collaborate with developers to ensure a

smooth design-to-development

handoff. Create

wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

for various projects. Maintain

branding and design consistency

across all platforms. Gather and incorporate

feedback

to continuously improve designs. Design

social media creatives

for LinkedIn and Instagram.

Requirements

0-3 years

of experience as a

UI/UX or Figma Designer

. Strong proficiency in

Figma, Adobe XD

, or similar tools. Good understanding of

responsive web design principles

. Ability to work effectively in a

collaborative team environment

. Strong

communication and time management

skills.
