Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using
Figma
.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.
Maintain and evolve the company's
design system
and component library.
Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.
Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure the highest quality standards.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
2+ years
of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within an IT or software company.
Proficiency in
Figma
(Auto Layout, components, prototyping, and collaboration features).
Strong understanding of
UI/UX principles
, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with
Adobe Creative Suite

FigJam
, or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
