Role- Full stack Developer
EXP: 3-5 Years
Job Location - Indore, Jaipur, Gurgaon
About the Role
We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developers with 3-5 years of experience to join our engineering team. In
this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality software
solutions. The ideal candidates have strong problem-solving abilities, good understanding of both backend
and frontend technologies, and a specialization leaning either toward backend or frontend.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and team knowledge-sharing.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability across assigned components of the stack.

Required Skills

• Solid experience in backend development using Node.js.

• Hands-on experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Good understanding of databases:

o Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
o NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

• Familiarity with server-side design patterns and microservices concepts.

• Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Experience with authentication, authorization, and API-level security.

• Working knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) to integrate backend services.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
