ave a good understanding of Energy Services Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. M
ust understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of ITS Energy Services. W
ork assignments carried out to the highest quality level. M
aintain shop and equipment, work in steam bay, paint tools and general shop duties. P
erform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. T
est dirty jars upon arrival from the field with supervision or after competence training. D
rain jars, disassemble and tag parts with supervision or after competence training. A
ssemble Jars with supervision. R
ecognize faulty parts, and troubleshoot potential tool problems with supervision. S
team clean and wire brush all parts. S
et torque springs with supervision. F
ill tools with oil and pressure test with supervision. T
est assembled jars with supervision. P
aint and put jars in stock. O
perate overhead crane after third party competence training. M
aintain constant alertness for flaws in the parts and report problems to Shop Foreman or Jar Service Manager. R
eplace hand tools to their proper locations. N
