We are looking for a driven, street-smart Field Sales Executive to sell FASTag and fuel card solutions to fleet owners. You will be responsible for lead generation, conversion, onboarding, and activation -- primarily through field visits and outbound calls. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to hustle on the ground, build relationships, and be part of a fast-scaling fintech-logistics business.
Key Responsibilities
? Sell FASTag and fuel card products to fleet owners (1-100+ trucks)
? Meet customers in person -- where they are
? Explain product benefits, documents required, and rewards program
? Help customers complete onboarding, documentation, and activation
? Coordinate with central ops team for support and fulfillment
? Report daily activity, conversion funnel, and customer feedback
? Build a network of agents/referral partners in your region
What We're Looking For
? 1-3 years of experience in field sales, fleet sales, or transport/logistics sector
? Strong communication in regional language
? Must be comfortable with field travel and hustle mindset
