We are seeking a responsible and tech-savvy Field Worker to carry out on-site tasks such as inspections, data collection, customer visits, or deliveries using a mobile app provided by the company. The role involves real-time updates, accurate data entry, and consistent communication with the back-office team through the application.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned locations as per schedule and log details using the mobile application.
Perform tasks such as:
Data collection (photos, forms, GPS tagging, etc.)
Site inspections
Customer service visits
Product/service delivery verification
Submit reports, checklists, and updates through the app in real-time.
Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and compliance requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely entries in the app.
Communicate issues or delays promptly via the app's support or messaging features.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
Experience in fieldwork, inspection, delivery, or data collection preferred.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and ability to use apps for reporting and tracking.
Ability to travel within assigned regions.
Good communication and time management skills.

Mobile App Login:
Daily login for task schedule and route plan.
Live Reporting:
Use app to capture images, fill digital forms, tag GPS location.
Attendance:
Mark attendance and breaks through the app.
Updates:
Submit updates instantly after each visit.
Support:
Report issues through in-app support or escalate tasks.
Working Conditions:
Field-based role (daily travel required).
Use of smartphone with internet access is mandatory.
Travel allowance or company transport may be provided as per policy.
