Job Description

Shishu Sarothi is setting up inclusive Learning Centres near SSA Model Schools in Guwahati to support primary-grade children (Grades 1-3) struggling academically--especially those with disabilities. The centres will offer remedial education along with life skills and social-emotional learning to help children thrive in school and beyond.

Role Summary:

We're seeking committed

Field Workers

to deliver inclusive education, conduct remedial sessions, and build strong school-community engagement. This is a field-based role ideal for passionate educators and community workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 5 weekly sessions (3 hours each) on literacy, numeracy, life skills, and SEL Support children with disabilities using inclusive teaching and assistive tools Engage with teachers, parents, and community members to promote inclusion Track progress and maintain detailed records of each child Submit monthly reports and participate in reflection meetings
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
