Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers at homes, offices, or public locations to promote credit card offerings. Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of credit card products. Collect required customer documents and verify identity and income proofs. Assist customers in completing the application form accurately. Submit applications and documentation to the internal processing team. Follow up with customers and provide status updates. Maintain daily activity reports and update the system with leads and applications. Achieve monthly targets assigned by the team leader/manager. Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical sales practices at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of financial products (especially credit cards) is an advantage Ability to work independently and in different field locations Willingness to travel extensively Target-driven with a positive attitude Should have a smartphone and basic digital literacy

Preferred:

Prior experience in field sales, banking, or financial services Local language fluency (spoken and written) Own two-wheeler is a plus
