Position: Field Work Intern

Stipend/Salary: Target-based, up to ₹12,000 per month + Performance Bonus

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and motivated interns to join our team for a short-term field internship. This role involves daily visits to salons and parlours to build relationships, promote our services, and achieve given targets. The internship is performance-based with opportunities to earn incentives and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 10-15 field visits daily to salons and parlours.

Promote company services, collect business details, and onboard new partners.

Maintain proper records of visits and daily reporting.

Achieve monthly target of 300+ visits.

Coordinate with the team for strategy and feedback.

Stipend & Incentives:

Up to ₹12,000/month based on achieving targets.

Additional bonus/rewards for exceeding 300+ visits/month.

Requirements:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Own bike/scooter with valid license (preferred).
