Sampathi Credits Private Limited looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person who can join with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded MSME clients during the initial stages of their engagement. Collect, verify, and validate all required KYC and business documentation as per company and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems (CRM, LMS, etc.). Educate clients about loan terms, repayment schedules, and company policies. Assist clients in completing onboarding forms, agreements, and digital onboarding platforms. Proactively identify and resolve any onboarding-related issues or bottlenecks. Ensure adherence to RBI and NBFC compliance standards throughout the onboarding process. Provide feedback to improve onboarding processes and customer satisfaction. Support periodic audits and internal reporting requirements.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
