Job Summary:

Pizza Wings is seeking a passionate and experienced

Field Trainer

to support the onboarding and ongoing development of team members across multiple store locations. The Field Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, reinforcing company standards, and supporting store teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct In-Store Training:

Train new team members and supervisors on Pizza Wings' procedures, service standards, food preparation, safety, and customer service.

Support New Store Openings:

Lead training during new store launches, ensuring teams are prepared for opening day operations.

Reinforce Company Standards:

Monitor and coach existing staff on adherence to company policies, quality, cleanliness, and safety guidelines.

Evaluate Performance:

Provide feedback and coaching to team members and management based on training observations and performance metrics.

Develop Training Materials:

Assist in creating and updating training manuals, guides, and checklists as needed.

Travel to Multiple Locations:

Visit multiple Pizza Wings stores weekly to provide consistent training support and follow-up.

Communicate with Leadership:

Provide regular reports and feedback to the Training Manager and Operations team on training progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
