So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeThe Field testing engineer is responsible for the planning, executing and reporting field testing activities like reliability & performance testing and benchmarking. Position will also support execution of lab testing activities in plant and field.Key Responsibilities

• Field performance tests and benchmarking: Responsible for planning and conducting performance trials of harvesters, Balers and Rotavators in Field as per IVP, collect field feedback and preparing reports for the above tests and update in CTS.
• Field reliability tests: Planning and execution of field reliability test and ensure completion as per project RGT target. Ensure PTRS sign off, monitoring of field performance and feedback, update PIR. Support in field failure analysis. Ensure availability of machines, equipments and field support for execution of reliability test.
• Conduct part fitment and lab tests in plant and field to collect data as per Work Order and IVP, analyze data against acceptance criteria and update FTR and test reports in CTS. Participate in design review and share feedback based on field and customer experience.
• Coordination with other CNHi locations, external labs and Customers and suppliers for technical support, test planning and execution as required to meet program schedule and budget. Work closely with PLPV, Lab testing, AMS and Engineering team for the field testing, lab testing and failure analysis
• Ensure to follow all Safety guidelines during PV activities in plant and field. Manage day to day activities for machines build, parts rework, housekeeping and maintenance following CNHi 5S and safety guidelines. Maintain test machines and equipment required for field testing.

Experience Required

• At least 3-5 years of experience in field testing, product testing of agricultural products, or a similar engineering role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
