So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeThe purpose of this job role is to independently manage tractor product testing across India and identify product issues and root causes support in product launchesKey Responsibilities1. Understand the tractor product usage in the target market.2. Work with the PLPVs to create field test plans.3. Audit the prototype and production tractors for quality, completeness and potential issues before sending the units for the field testing.4. Manage shipment of the test units to the field locations.5. Manage Field technicians and operators, handle incidental expenses and failures in the field.6. Analyze the field performance for productivity and fitness for use.7. Trouble shoot field failures from a proper technical perspective to identify the root cause and potential corrective actions.8. Prepare reports and incident logs to communicate clearly with the rest of the organization, particularly with design engineering to ensure design corrective action.9. Complete all of the above activities in tight timelines as per the program requirements and customer field complaints.10. Benchmark CNHi products against the competitors for specific performance and reliability parametersExperience RequiredExperience Minimum - 5 -10 years in Automotive Testing Organization.Preferred QualificationsEducation- Graduate having good command on English and ComputerProfessional Qualification- B. Tech/Diploma (Agril/Mech Engg.) or equivalnet
