Job Description

Installation & Commissioning:

Set up, calibrate, and test machines at customer locations to ensure proper operation.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues efficiently.

Preventive Maintenance:

Perform regular maintenance and servicing to ensure machines run smoothly.

Customer Support:

Provide technical support and training to clients on machine operation and maintenance.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain service records, prepare technical reports, and update maintenance logs.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (engineering, Service, and production) to improve product performance.

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience:

2+ years in field service, machine maintenance, or related roles. customer service skills.

Travel:

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

License:

A valid driver's license (if required for travel).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
