Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of smart lock systems at customer sites.
Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure on-time completion of scheduled service visits and maintenance tasks.
Provide technical support and training to clients regarding product usage and features.
Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional interaction and timely resolution of complaints.
Coordinate with the backend support team for parts, service updates, and issue escalation.
Adhere to safety and compliance standards during all site visits.
