Field Technician
Job Description
Reporting directly to the deployment manager and handling all the hardware and deployment related tasks in the company
On-site Support: Provide on-site support to customers or clients. This may involve diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment or systems, providing technical guidance, and answering customer questions. Installation and Commissioning Maintenance and Repairs
Customer Service: Must have excellent customer service skills. Often being the primary point of contact for customers, you must be able to communicate effectively, provide guidance, and manage customer expectations. Must also be able to travel frequently, work in different locations and environments, and adapt to changing situations. Procuring hardware and ensuring that it has been assembled and configured as per predefined standards.
