Your Role:

As a

Delivery Technician

, you'll be the face of scanO on-site--setting up, installing, and supporting our cutting-edge AI dental devices across India. From clinics to corporates, you'll ensure our products are installed with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and install

scanO air

devices at client locations (clinics, hospitals, corporate offices)

Handle unboxing, physical setup, power calibration, and device testing

Give a simple demo to users on how to operate the device

Maintain detailed

installation reports

and gather client feedback

Assist with

basic on-site troubleshooting

Learn and support

minor repairs

, such as wire replacements and soldering

Coordinate with the operations and tech teams for escalations or service support

Requirements:

Basic understanding of electronics--plugs, ports, cables, switches

Genuine interest in hardware, gadgets, or systems

Must own a

smartphone

and preferably a

two-wheeler

Physically fit and ready for

pan-India travel

at short notice

Fluent in

Hindi

English
