Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations
Perform routine maintenance and system checks
Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions
Coordinate with the support team for escalations
Maintain service records and documentation
Ensure timely and professional communication with clients
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
