The Field Technical Engineer is responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and technical systems at customer locations, ensuring timely service delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network/technical equipment at field locations
Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines
Coordinate with NOC and internal teams for issue resolution
Perform preventive maintenance and service support
Maintain service reports and technical documentation
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related technical field
Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
Willingness to travel and work in shifts
