We are looking for experienced and dedicated Field Technical Engineers to join our team and support field operations across Coimbatore, Erode, and Tirupur. The idealcandidate should have a solid background in the telecom industry with hands-on experience in fiber network maintenance, fiber cut handling, splicing,and customer support.Key Responsibilities:Perform fiber cable splicing, testing, and troubleshooting in the field.Attend to and resolve fiber cuts and link failures on timeProvide onsite technical support for customer-related network issues.Coordinate with NOC and backend teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.Maintain tools and splicing equipment in good working condition.Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of fiber networks.Prepare daily field reports and submit to the reporting manager.Adhere to safety standards and company policies during all field activities.RequirementsKey Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in the telecom/fiber industry.Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or relevant streams).Strong knowledge of fiber optics, splicing tools, OTDR testing, and network troubleshooting.Good communication and customer handling skills.Willingness to travel within assigned areas (Coimbatore, Erode, Tirupur).Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.Preferred Skills:Hands-on experience with OTDR, Power Meter, Splicing Machine, and related tools.Experience in handling FTTH installations and enterprise support.Basic understanding of IP networking and network equipment is a plus.
