We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Field Team Coordinator
to track, monitor, and support field sales executives. The role requires excellent communication, follow-up skills, and coordination to ensure smooth execution of field activities and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Track daily field movements and activities of sales executives (attendance, client visits, reporting).
Coordinate between the field team and management to ensure timely updates.
Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports of field performance.
Follow up with field boys for lead status, client visits, order closures, and collections.
Ensure compliance with company policies during field activities.
Escalate any issues, delays, or irregularities to management.
Assist in route planning, meeting schedules, and target follow-ups.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability.
Familiarity with CRM tools or tracking apps (preferred).
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Commerce).
1-3 years of experience in coordination, MIS, or sales support roles.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,883.01 - ₹30,000.00 per month
