The Field Survey Executive is responsible for conducting on-ground surveys, collecting accurate data from assigned locations, interacting with respondents, and ensuring timely submission of survey reports. The role requires frequent travel, strong communication skills, and strict adherence to data collection guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
field surveys
as per project requirements using prescribed questionnaires or digital tools.
Collect
accurate, complete, and unbiased data
from respondents.
Explain survey objectives clearly and obtain consent from participants.
Visit assigned locations such as households, institutions, markets, or public areas.
Ensure
daily targets
are met within defined timelines.
Maintain proper records and submit completed survey forms/reports on time.
Use mobile applications or devices for data entry (if applicable).
Coordinate regularly with the
field supervisor or project team
.
Follow ethical standards, confidentiality norms, and organizational guidelines.
Report field challenges, respondent feedback, or discrepancies promptly.
Support validation checks and re-surveys if required.

Educational Qualifications:
Minimum:
12th Pass / Graduate
(preferred)
Background in social sciences, management, statistics, or related fields is an added advantage
Experience:
Fresher or up to 2 years
of experience in field survey, data collection, or market research
Experience in government/NGO/market research surveys will be preferred
Working Conditions:
