Job Description

We are looking for a Field Support Executive with experience in SIM card activation, customer handling, and basic electrical knowledge. The candidate will support field operations, interact with customers, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Perform

SIM card activation

, KYC verification, and customer onboarding Handle customer queries and provide support in

Hindi & Tamil

Visit customer locations for SIM activation and basic technical checks Use basic

electrical knowledge

for small installations and troubleshooting Maintain service logs, activation records, and daily reports Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve on-site issues promptly

Eligibility
