We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' systems. This role requires a proactive individual who is not afraid of hard work and can handle various technical challenges independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems at client locations.
- Configure and manage network devices, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity.
- Provide expert support for Microsoft Outlook 365, including setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Respond to service requests and technical inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document all service activities, solutions, and configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Educate clients on proper system usage and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a field support or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook 365.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with hardware installation and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various client sites.
