We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues at client locations. The role requires frequent field visits and direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows) and standard applications
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
Perform system upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with remote support teams for escalated issues
Maintain service records, job sheets, and daily activity reports
Ensure adherence to SLA and timely issue resolution
Provide basic user training and guidance when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
0-3 years of experience in Field/Desktop Support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN/WAN)
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, peripherals)
Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar)
Good communication and customer-handling skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
