Position Overview - Field Supervisor

SARANI is seeking a motivated and dedicated

Field Supervisor

to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for field-level implementation of project activities, community engagement, documentation, reporting, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective implementation of project activities Mobilize community members and facilitate meetings, training sessions, and awareness programs Collect field-level data, maintain records, and prepare periodic reports Coordinate with local stakeholders, school authorities, government departments, and community groups Support monitoring and evaluation processes and provide timely updates to the project team

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

MSW (Master of Social Work)

Experience:

Prior experience in the development sector is preferred;

freshers may also apply

Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel to field locations occasionally

Salary

?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience)

Contract Duration

1 year (renewable based on performance and project continuation)
