Job Summary:

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that all field activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. This role involves coordinating with field workers, managing schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring work quality meets project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff and operators. Plan, schedule, and assign work to ensure timely completion of daily tasks. Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly reports on progress and issues. Provide training and guidance to field teams to improve performance and productivity. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve on-site challenges. Maintain records of attendance, equipment usage, and materials consumed on-site. Ensure tools, machinery, and vehicles are properly maintained and utilized efficiently. Handle conflict resolution and maintain a disciplined and motivated team environment. Must guide and supervise the activities of CONTRACTOR's employees and shall ensure that SAUDI ARAMCO's WORK specifications and standards are met.

Requirements:

Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent/High School Diploma Must have an Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent and five (5) years' experience of which one (1) is on supervisory level experience in janitorial and in management of general services operation. Alternatively, the Field Supervisor shall have a high school diploma with ten (10) years' experience of which two (2) years in on supervisory level to guide the activities of the employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all the WORK defined in this Contract. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans. Proficient in site reporting and documentation. Valid

driving license

and willingness to travel to different work sites. Good command of English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
