Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team field staff, including technicians, electricians, and vendors, for meter installation and consumer indexing.
Coordinate with contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of smart meter projects.
Maintain and verify MI (Meter Installation) and CI (Consumer Indexing) data, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance.
Conduct daily and monthly reporting to HO and clients
Ensure proper records management for inward and outward materials, vendor allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
Handle consumer grievance redressal, resolve
Prepare project reports, and documentation as required by management.
Monitor project progress, track variance, and advise corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
Identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and implement large-scale corrective measures.

Qualifications

:

Graduate in Engineering/ITI or Diploma (Electrical) or equivalent technical background.
2-3 years of proven experience in smart meter projects.
Hands-on experience with project supervision, customer handling, and vendor management.
