Key Responsibilities
Supervise sales staff working in the field across homes and retail shops. Plan and allocate daily field activities for sales executives. Train, guide, and support staff to improve sales performance. Monitor and report sales performance to management. Ensure product availability and visibility in the market. Handle customer queries and resolve escalated issues. Motivate team to meet monthly sales targets. Conduct market visits with the team for performance checks.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
